I want the complete collection, but I already have Saturn and/or Pluto, can I swap?

Yes - I will allow people to swap for one or two of the Nebula pins :) In the possibility you already have all three Nebula pins, Saturn, and Pluto, I will allow you to swap for duplicates of any of the pins in this kickstarter. If this is the case please contact me at the end of the campaign, and I will manually adjust your BackerKit Survey.

How can I choose which pins I would like?

At the end of the campaign I will send out surveys via BackerKit, and in that survey you can select which pin you would like :)

What if I want a big pin and one or two small moon pins / Ur-An*s?

Jupiter’s Moons and Ur-An*s are both available either as their own pledge, or as add-ons in each individual pledge. This is because they are smol and much cheaper than the others :)

Can I add items from your Etsy Store / Website?

Certain items such as Seconds pins and prints, and a few metal bookmarks from my online stores will be available to purchase as add-ons, via BackerKit. BackerKit is a Kickstarter fulfilment system that acts a little like a storefront, and allows you to easily browse and add-on additional items to your pledge.

Will I get a tracking number?

Most rewards are sent out untracked due to the high price of tracked shipping here in the UK, but tracked shipping will be available to purchase through Backerkit as an add-on

(PLEASE NOTE - if you get the full collection pledge, tracked shipping comes as a free addition, there is no need to purchase tracking as an add-on if you are in this tier)

Shipping Errors & Customs info

Please note that kickstarter does not collect VAT at the time of purchase, so any packages traveling to the EU may incur customs charges. This is unfortunately out of my control, and I cannot alter the package value, nor declare it as a gift.

In the event that a package is returned to me through an incorrect address or failure to pay customs, I will happily ship the package back out with an additional shipping charge.

Unfortunately COVID-19 and new customs charges can come into effect without much prior warning, and this can affect international deliveries immensely. I have had some packages take up to 7 weeks to arrive even outside of these delays to please be aware it may take some time. If your package doesn’t arrive 7 weeks after being shipped please contact me, but please contact me before 6 months as past as I cannot cover the cost of replacing lost packages after this time.

I’m so sorry but at the moment I won’t be making sticker versions. I’m trying to keep this kickstarter a little simpler, but if I change my mind I’ll be sure to post an update.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
